Our Referrals and How We Are Paid

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains how Createtho Garage Doors connects homeowners with providers and how it may be paid.

Our Role in Your Request

Createtho Garage Doors is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local garage door repair and installation providers. Createtho Garage Doors does not perform garage door work.

When you submit a form or use the phone option on this site, your request may reach a local provider. It may also reach a marketing partner that connects homeowners with providers.

Payment for Calls or Referrals

Createtho Garage Doors may be paid for calls or referrals. Providers or marketing partners may pay us for calls, form submissions or other referrals sent through this site. We may receive payment even if you do not hire a provider.

Payment may depend on whether a call is answered or how long the conversation lasts. These arrangements may affect which providers in our network receive your request.

The provider sets its own prices and payment terms. Ask the provider for a written quote before you approve any work. You pay the provider for the work you authorize under your agreement with that business.

The Provider's Responsibilities

Providers operate independent businesses. They are not employees of Createtho Garage Doors. The provider is responsible for its quotes, charges, work and scheduling. Any warranty comes from the business or manufacturer that offers it, under its stated terms.

A referral does not mean that Createtho Garage Doors endorses the provider or promises a particular result. You should check the provider's credentials and ask about insurance before work begins.

Your Choice to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a referred provider. You can ask questions, compare quotes and choose another business.

Check what the written quote includes, such as parts, labor and any visit charge. Ask how the provider handles extra work if it finds another problem. Agree on any added charges before that work starts.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality checks, verification and billing.
