How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Createtho Garage Doors deserve fair and honest treatment. Tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to report a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns We Can Review
You can raise concerns about:
- The handling of your phone enquiry or message
- Our use of your personal information
- Site content that is confusing or seems wrong
- The conduct of a provider reached through our service
Concerns About Door Work
Providers in our network operate independently. They are responsible for quotes, charges, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with completed work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record.
Tell us about it too. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Createtho Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund provider charges or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Details to Send
Email contact@createtho.world and include:
- Your name and ways to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- Which phone number or form you used, if known
- The provider's name, if available
- A description of the issue and the result you want
After Your Complaint Arrives
We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the concern. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Remain Unhappy
Reply to our response to request a further review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, its attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. Your state licensing board may be another option if the provider holds a license.
